Resources Global Professionals was named one of the 2012 Best Places to Work in New Jersey by the Best Companies Group. The 100 Best Places to Work in New Jersey were determined by a two-part evaluation process including workplace policies and, mostly, the feedback received from employee surveys.

The Tulsa Business Journal's Best Places to Work
Resources' Tulsa office was named one of Tulsa's 20 Best Places to Work by the Tulsa Business Journal.
The office was ranked third in the 300+ employees category. The results were based on more than 700
surveys submitted by employees throughout Tulsa. The survey included questions about employees' opinions
of their companies' benefits, professional and personal growth opportunities, internal communications,
promotion opportunities, pay, work-life balance and culture.

Orange County, CA's Top Workplaces List 2010
Resources Global Professionals was named as one of Orange County, California's Top 75 Workplaces by The Orange County Register.
The newspaper surveyed more than 28,000 employees at 111 companies in Orange County about their employers, regarding issues such as
satisfaction with senior leadership, alignment with company goals and pay and benefits structure.

One of Milwaukee's Top Workplaces 2009
Resources Global Professionals was named as one of the Milwaukee's Top Workplaces by the Milwaukee Business
Journal for 2009. Companies are selected based on the results of a survey that gauges employee satisfaction
with issues that measure the workplace environment, such as interaction with senior leadership, alignment with
company goals and feeling valued as an employee.

Alfred P. Sloan Award for Business Excellence in Workplace Flexibility
Resources' Alabama office was named as one of the Alfred P. Sloan Award winners for business excellence
in workplace flexibility by the Families and Work Institute for the second year in a row. The Sloan Awards
are part of When Work Works, a research-based initiative to highlight the importance of workplace flexibility
as a strategy to increase workplace effectiveness and yield positive results, and to help employees succeed at
work and at home.

Best Companies to Work for in Texas
Resources was named one of the Best Companies to Work for in Texas for the sixth year running. This year, Resources ranked 23rd
on the list. This annual program was created by the Texas Association of Business (TAB), the Texas State Council of the Society
for Human Resource Management (TSC-SHRM), and Best Companies Group. The survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize
and honor the best employers in Texas, benefiting the state's economy, its workforce and businesses.

Crain's Best Places to Work in Chicago
For the second year in a row, Resources was ranked the #10 Best Place to Work in Chicago by Crain's Chicago Business.
Crain's Chicago annually selects the top 20 Best Places to Work in Chicago based on employee and employer feedback regarding:
fairness of pay, vacation time, relationships with management and co-workers, as well as other day-to-day workplace issues.
Resources received this honor in part because it provides its employees with career flexibility and project diversity.
